那么，什么是合著者贡献声明，为什么要提供这样一份材料，如何更为科学有效地提供合著者贡献声明？请听ROE君为您细细道来。

1 “合著者贡献声明”的定义和意义

“合著者贡献声明”需要作者——

结合文前署名的顺序以及实际情况，声明各自在论文研究与写作中具体作了怎样的贡献[1][2][3]。

若发表的文章由两位以上作者署名，ROE会特别要求作者在投稿时提供“合作者贡献声明”，说明几位作者在各个环节中的分工情况，并将其公布于文后，力求避免各种署名失当的情况发生。

“合著者贡献者说明”主要有以下作用——

避免由于作者身份和贡献者身份缺失所引发的问题[4]
保证作者对于文章各部分的贡献都清晰可见、体现学术个体的价值、避免著作权纠纷[5]
规避因绩效评价引发的不当署名等潜在学术不端问题，打破学术界的马太效应[6]
保护自身合法研究权益

2 “合著者贡献声明”怎样写？

How to write a "qualified" contributorship?

不同文章的“合作者贡献声明”所涉及内容有一定差异，声明写作本身无一定之规。当然，也有一些期刊开始尝试提供格式化声明模板，对于ROE而言，目前没有这样的要求。

接下来，我们将结合“贡献角色分类”(Contributor Roles Taxonomy:CRediT)[6]，通过例句的形式，向各位简要介绍“合著者贡献说明”的门类和写法。

Conceptualization

Methodology

Sb. developed or designed the methodology.

Sb. created the models.

Software

●

Sb. was responsible for testing the existing code components.

Sb. contributed by designing the computer programs.

Validation

Sb. verified the overall replication/reproducibility of results/experiments and other research outputs.

Formal analysis

●

Sb. was responsible for the application of statistical, mathematical, computational, or other formal techniques to analyse or synthesize study data.

Investigation

●

Sb. contributed by conducting a research and investigation process, specifically performing the experiments, or data/evidence collection.

Resources

●

Sb. provided the study materials, instrumentation, computing resources, or other analysis tools.

Data curation

●

Sb. managed the data related activities, such as annotating, scrubbing data and maintaining research data for initial use and later re-use.

Writing-original draft

●

Sb. prepared, created and/or presented the published work, specifically write the initial draft (including substantive translation).

Writing-review and editing

●

Sb. prepared, created and/or presented the published work by those from the original research group, specifically critical review, commentary or revision – including pre- or post-publication stages.

Visualization

●

Sb. was responsible for preparing creating and/or presenting the published work, specifically visualization/data presentation.

Supervision

●

Sb. contributed by taking the oversight and leadership responsibility for the research activity planning and execution, including mentorship external to the core team.

Project administration

●

Sb. contributed by taking the management and coordination responsibility for the research activity planning and execution.

Funding acquisition

●

Sb. was responsible for the acquisition of the financial support for the project leading to this publication.
